While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather, traffic, and high order volumes may cause delays. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive perishable items promptly, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended.

The recipes, dessert designs, photography, website content, logos, and branding belong exclusively to Frezzo. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our service or products without express written permission from us.

In no case shall Frezzo, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of our services or products procured using the service. Our maximum liability shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
