Great desserts require time to bake, set, and decorate. To ensure you receive the highest quality product, please note our timing protocols:

• Standard Dispatches: Daily deliveries are routed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Preparation Buffer: Most of our signature items require a minimum 2 to 4-hour preparation window from the moment your order is confirmed.
• Celebration Cakes: Tiered or highly customized cakes must be ordered at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to secure a safe delivery slot.

For orders below our complimentary threshold, a nominal distance-based fee is applied at checkout. This fee goes directly toward supporting our specialized delivery riders who handle your delicate pastries with the utmost care.
